Such Is Fantasy

Privacy Policy

Last updated 17 October 2026

Such Is Fantasy ("we", "us") is based in Australia. This policy explains what personal information we collect through suchisfantasysport.com and our email list, why we collect it, and how you can control it. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

Why we collect it

We don't sell your personal information.

Meta Pixel and ad measurement

If enabled, the Meta Pixel on our NBA Fantasy Bible page tells Meta (Facebook and Instagram) when someone views the page, starts checkout or requests the free Top 25. Meta uses this to measure our ads and to show them to people likely to be interested. Meta may combine it with information it already holds about you, under Meta's privacy policy. You can control ad personalisation in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings, or block tracking with your browser's privacy settings.

Third parties we use

These providers may store and process data outside Australia, including in the United States. Each handles your information under its own privacy policy.

How to unsubscribe

Click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email from us, or email hello@suchisfantasysport.com and we'll remove you.

Access, correction and deletion

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email us and we'll respond within 30 days.

Security and retention

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as required by law (for example, tax records of purchases). We rely on our providers' security, and we limit who can access our accounts.

Complaints

If you have a concern about how we've handled your information, email us first and we'll try to fix it. If you're not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
